While Lambeth 101 focuses on fundamental techniques, Lambeth 201 delves into advanced methods, providing a comprehensive learning experience. Students attending Lambeth 101 & 201 will master: Proper bag and tip handling Precision with every decorating bag squeeze Establishing Lambeth's correct foundation Crafting impeccable zigzag shells, scrolls, swags, and puff & elongated puff borders 3-dimensional over-piping techniques Bead/pearl borders and embellishments Stringwork application, from basics to advanced techniques including lace heart pieces Each student will complete at least four sections on their individual cake dummy, mastering six to eight different borders.
